Digital Products – No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of digital products (spreadsheet templates), all sales are final. Once you have received access to your digital download, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Why No Refunds?
Digital products are delivered instantly by email and cannot be “returned” once accessed. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have received the full product immediately upon download or email delivery.

Free Updates (Select plans): Receive template improvements for 1 month (where indicated)

Re-download assistance: If you lose your file, contact us and we will attempt to provide a new download link
